PURCHASE & TRANSPORT AGREEMENT

Yes this a lot of information! Please read this to better understand the process so you and I don't spend all our time talking about this process so much when it is already in print & you don't have to take notes. Instead we can actually talk about adding the right dog into your family that makes the best fit for everyone. My dogs are carefully placed into selective homes. Not every applicant will be approved.

The order of puppy placement. Breeder(s)/Owner 1st choice.

2nd Choice is any Conformation show prospects. 3rd, 4th & so on.

Show puppies will not be chosen until 7 to 8 weeks of age generally. Then on to Performance and Companions puppies.

**By order of Approved Application & Immediate Deposit.**

If your application is approved and I do not receive your deposit after approval, the next approved application who sends their deposit moves in front of everyone lacking their deposit.

Deposits are Not Refundable. Puppies general can go to their new homes at 8 to 10 weeks of age. No sooner than 8 weeks! 

 

Getting the last puppy does not mean it is not worthy of being the best puppy! It means personal choice to each person is something different. (As simple as wanting the smallest pup to the largest pup, puppy with more white or less white)

*Performance puppies: Rally, Obedience Tracking, Agility, etc. $2000.00 - $3000.00

*Companion puppies: $2000.00 - $3000.00

*Show puppies or dogs on Contract: for conformation or breeding rights. Intact females & males are $7500.00 & Up

*Retired show dogs or Show prospects we kept for ourselves that did not meet 100% of our show or competitive expectations. Start at $1500.00 and UP depending upon each individual available. Some dogs may be returns from a previous owner because "They failed the dog." There is no bad dog. Just lazy owners that lied on their application & commitment to be an amazing, caring & educated owner. "There is no such thing as the perfect dog" Each dog is its own unique individual. There is NO two alike dogs. You get back from the dog what you put into them on a consistent basis, Period. Getting a puppy or older dog, There is no difference! You teach each one of them as a student to learn what you want from them. Not what you think they want. They need guidance to be fulfilled. They need & want to be taught rules and boundaries. They ultimately want to please you. But if you don't teach them they never know their place except they love you and you have mentally crippled them by not teaching them their full mental potential.  That being said, if you don't teach them. Go back up to the returned dog statement above in BOLD PRINT & you become them.

"You either teach them with consistency, or you find an excuse to complain about them" It all comes down to Owner, Operator, Error!

I want my dogs in the right home. I will always be upfront about any dogs quirks or tendencies. We will never place a dog in ANY HOME. They deserve the best home. Please Do not waste my time or yours by not educating yourself about these breeds. My website is FULL of EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION. I want to share my time with potential clients that are ready to make a lifetime commitment.

 

If you cancel the sale for any reason. You forfeit your $500.00 deposit.

If your dog will be flying to you.

​

I will make all arrangements for the appointments & flight travel around my schedule to fit into yours this sometimes is not an easy task, as my schedule is always busy with the range of services we provide. This process of getting into a vet clinic then making  flight arrangement, has to be in a specific time frame per Airline requirements. 

I have been shipping dogs for over 30 years for clients & myself.

I am a Pet Safe American Airlines Priority Cargo Member. 

 

Vet Clinics are booked sometimes two weeks in advance. If time is of the essence. I can seek other Vet clinics (Other than my personal vet since1994.) This will cost an additional $200.00 to establish a new client base with a new vet. (that cost is an additional fee added to your total purchase price.

Before the task of making arrangements. You will be required to pay your deposit of $500.00  via Zelle. (Zelle is registered to your bank with your full identity & there is no processing fee's) I will send you a QR code directly from my bank.  I do Not accept: Credit Cards, Checks, Cashiers Checks or Money Orders. Your deposit will start this job process.

The remaining balance must be paid in full and clear the bank via Zelle to my business account 48 hours before flight or pickup. I will send you photos and or emails as the process takes place preparing your puppy for flight. You will have all information in hard copy as well. If your dog is flying to you. I will provide you tracking for your dogs flight. as well as check in and landing alerts. All flights I arrange will be through American Airlines Priority Cargo Pet Safe Program. I will provide you the exact address and location at the airport to pick up your puppy. You will need your state identification. It MUST match your address and legal name I put on your flight airway bill contract. If NOT you may not pick up the dog by AA guidelines.

If you are picking up the same rules apply. Unless you are paying cash at time of pickup a receipt will be provided. Your cash will be verified not to be counterfeit. We do not accept third party transportation arrangements. This is strictly a buyer-seller transaction.

Do you agree and understand that if this dog is being flown to you that dogs can only be flown during certain periods of the year due to weather above 80 degree or less than 20 degrees or other restrictions per airline, all of which are not under the control of this breeder?   If the weather is unsuitable, to fly in Priority Cargo. You will need to personally fly or drive to JBK to pick up the puppy. Personal pick up is always preferred. 

                                     

If this dog or puppy is being shipped to you, do you agree and understand that you will pay the following costs, IF applicable:

                         

A. Pay $100.00 ~ $350.00 for a crate fee  

B. Pay $150.00 ~ $500.00 for vet exams, health certificate & microchip, USDA Clearance depending on destination. 

C. Pay the cost of the flight to your destination from

$580.00 to $900.00  for Priority Cargo within The USA

If you change the flight arrangements that are already booked, you will be responsible for an additional $500.00 fee as this is a very specific task that take's several hours to coordinate & book.

If you are requesting a Representative from JBK to Fly your puppy to you. It will be an additional $1000.00 to $2000.00 fee. Plus Airfare and hotel accommodations. If we have availability to do so.

               

You can meet one of us to obtain your puppy at DFW or Love Field in TX for a fee of

(1) $125.00 9pm to 5am this is a 3 hour turn around trip. 

(2) $250.00 5:01am to 9pm due to Major Traffic, Toll road, Airport entry & parking fees. This trip becomes a 5 hour turn around trip. Depending on my availability. I have a full time job 5am to 9pm. We are a full time Training, Boarding and Grooming Facility.

We can provide you a pet carry on bag, collar, leash, potty pads, poo bags, water dish, food & chew toy $125.00 to $250.00

(You can choose to bring your own carrier & supplies for puppy)

Airlines charge a fee of $125.00 to fly your puppy in the cabin with you if the pup weighs less than 15lbs.

​

Foreign Travel usually exceeds $2500.00, Unless you are flying here to transport the puppy or dog with you. This is the most cost effective way I am aware of. (*Occasionally we have fellow breeders that do travel over seas to do exports.*)

Do you agree and understand if a dispute arises between you and the Breeder. Johnson County, Texas will be the Only Court System in which to resolve any legal disputes. If you lose your case. You will be required to pay for the Breeders court cost as well.

Do you agree and understand that any description of the dog being of show or competitive sports quality is given in good faith and there is no guarantee or warranty given by the Breeder?
