Health Testing & Genetic Verification
All JBK Smooth Fox Terriers are AKC DNA profiled and permanently identified through the AKC DNA program. Breeding dogs undergo appropriate health testing and genetic screening relevant to the breed prior to inclusion in the program.
Health evaluations, pedigree verification, and DNA identification are used to ensure accurate parentage, genetic accountability, and long-term program integrity. These measures support responsible breeding practices and help maintain consistency, soundness, and reliability across generations.
