Boarding & Training
JBK offers limited boarding and board-and-train accommodations for dogs already familiar with structured environments and consistent handling. Our facility is designed to support routine, safety, and appropriate conditioning, not luxury-style boarding. Space is intentionally limited to ensure proper care and management.
Program Overview
Boarding and training at JBK is best suited for dogs that are comfortable with kennel routines and clear expectations. Our program prioritizes structure, cleanliness, supervision, and daily management, with housing tailored to the dog’s size and needs.
Housing & Environment
Dogs are housed in fully insulated, well-ventilated kennel buildings designed for safety and airflow. These areas are not temperature-controlled, but are equipped with multiple industrial ceiling fans to maintain comfort. Interior temperatures typically range between 65–80 degrees, depending on season and weather conditions.
Small dogs (lap-sized breeds) may be housed in the grooming facility when appropriate. This area is fully temperature-controlled at 70 degrees year-round, providing a quieter indoor environment.
Daily Care & Management
All dogs receive daily supervision, routine cleaning, scheduled feeding, and appropriate conditioning. This is a structured kennel environment, not free-roaming daycare. Dogs must be comfortable with kennel housing and basic handling.

Health & Vaccination Requirements
All dogs must meet JBK health requirements prior to arrival.

Rabies vaccination within one year

Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccination within 5 months

Dogs must be on monthly flea prevention and free of internal and external parasites. No exceptions.
Board & Train Program
Board-and-train services are available for owners seeking structured foundational training.

$70 per day

Minimum commitment: 14 consecutive days
Owners are required to visit weekly during the program to work with their dog and review progress. Training outcomes depend on the dog’s temperament, consistency, and owner follow-through.
Payment Policy
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due in full prior to drop-off. All boarding and board-and-train services are prepaid. No exceptions.
This policy ensures confirmed reservations and responsible placement of dogs in our care.
