Welcome to our pet accommodations, where your furry friends can enjoy spacious areas designed for their comfort and safety. Our facility features fully insulated housing, non-temperature-controlled areas that are fully ventilated and equipped with multiple industrial ceiling fans to ensure a pleasant environment, where our show dogs are housed & trained. Temperature normally ranges from 65 to 80 degrees depending on the seasons. If the interior kennel drops below 65 we will turn the heat on. It is very rare it gets this cold inside! Our covered potty and play zones, alongside large indoor training and outdoor areas, your pets can enjoy a safe and enjoyable experience. Our fully fenced facility is monitored with live feeds, allowing our dedicated staff to keep a watchful eye on your pets.
We understand that our 4500 sq ft facility may not meet your expectations.
We fully enjoys being in there with them caring, playing & training.
This is our full time job right here on our property.
Reservations with a non nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your space.
Welcome to our facility!
While we may not be state-of-the-art, we prioritize safety and comfort for all our furry friends. Our primary focus is on housing, breeding, training and competing with our show and performance Border Collies and Smooth Fox Terriers. We also have ample space for boarding and training your pets, along with an onsite grooming salon to bathe & or style before they head home or during their extended stay.
Mandatory Vaccinations are required per our protocol here at JBK
Your Dogs must be on Monthly flea control, parasite free.
Your dogs must have a Rabies vaccine within one year. Your dog must have a Bordetella(Kennel Cough) vaccine within 5 months. No exceptions.
Large or small, boarding fees are the same.
Pick up and drop off is from 6am to 6pm only.
$35.00 per day, per dog. (not by night)

food, blanket, favorite toy & health certificates.
If you are requesting board and train sessions.
Looking to train your dog? Our basic training program is available for just $70.00 per day, with a minimum commitment of consecutive 14 days. During this time, you'll need to visit each week to work with your dog and track their progress. Together, we’ll ensure your furry friend develops the skills they need!
Credit Cards are accepted. Full payment is due at drop off.

6am Begin turning dogs out in play and potty areas.
once kennel is cleaned and sanitized dogs will be brought back into their accommodations & fed breakfast or a treat depending on your
dogs normal morning feeding
Noon: Begin turning dogs out in play and potty areas.
4pm: Begin turning dogs out in play and potty areas.
6pm dinner time
8:30pm: Begin turning dogs out in play and potty areas.
The kennel is cleaned and sanitized morning and night.
As well as needed in case of potty accidents.
If you are requesting a more private setting for dogs. Your dogs can be housed in the grooming salon in large crates.
Most small house lap dogs prefer this quieter atmosphere.
Destructive, Aggressive & Obnoxious dogs are not permitted to stay here.
They ruin the atmosphere for the rest of the dogs living & boarding here.

6 foot Secure fencing with video surveillance. Dogs are always supervised when outside.
