JBK is built on a lifelong foundation of farm-based animal management. I was raised in an environment where cattle, horses, sheep, and dogs were bred, raised, and managed with intention and accountability. From an early age, I learned that sound structure, correct temperament, and consistent handling matter more than trends, titles, or shortcuts.

That background shaped how I evaluate animals, how programs are developed, and what long-term stability looks like across generations.

Developing animals across multiple species reinforces that sound principles are universal. Timing, consistency, pressure and release, and clarity apply whether developing a horse, a dog, or livestock.
